When can I start paying via the new shopping process in my country?
We will be rolling out the service to new customers gradually in each country from January to April 2026.
What will happen to my current subscription?
We will try to automatically convert most subscriptions with automatic payment renewal. In rare cases where this is not possible, we will ask customers to update their information.
Will the price or scope of services change?
No, the price and scope of services will remain the same.
How long can I subscribe to the service?
The service can be subscribed to for a month or a year in advance with the option of automatic renewal.
Where can I manage my services?
All devices for which you can purchase or further manage the service can be found in MySERVICES at payments.jablotron.cloud.
What should I do if I pay by bank transfer?
After the current prepaid period expires, we will ask you to pay. Please use a different payment method to pay for your subscription.
