Product Longevity and Serviceability: Unlike many tech companies relying on planned obsolescence, JABLOTRON provides extended service and maintenance support long after the warranty expires. This minimizes e-waste and extends the product lifecycle. Devices are engineered to last at least 15 years, with a strong emphasis on timeless design. Packaging is minimalist, eco-friendly, and optimized to eliminate plastics.

We prioritize efficiency in PCB assembly (SMT) and the minimization of hazardous chemical waste during manufacturing. We maintain rigorous sorting, tracking, and compliance across our entire waste management system.

At JABLOTRON, we mitigate emissions primarily by keeping the entire value chain in-house and localized: from initial ideation, R&D, and design to manufacturing, logistics, distribution, cloud services, and our central monitoring station and response services.

We place heavy emphasis on sustainable mobility. We are actively integrating electric vehicles (EVs) into our corporate fleet, providing kick-scooters for employees moving between campus buildings, and incentivizing green commuting (walking or cycling).

Employees also have access to local on-site canteens offering free salads with every meal to encourage staying on campus for lunch. This approach not only curtails emissions from short car trips but also promotes employee health, well-being, and an informal corporate culture. For us, sustainability is not an external marketing narrative; it is an embedded daily reality.�

Through the JABLOTRON Foundation, we protect and preserve the landscape heritage of the vast Hrabětice meadows in the Jizera Mountains. Environmental monitoring conducted in 2025 proved that many protected flora and fauna species thrive in this habitat.

We also champion biodiversity directly around our main facilities. We maintain diverse, eco-friendly green spaces surrounding our buildings, manage beehives near our production halls in Rýnovice, and grow hydroponic lettuce on the roof of our headquarters. This green roof mitigates the urban heat island effect while fostering biodiversity in the middle of the city. The harvested lettuce serves as a healthy employee benefit and is utilized locally in our canteens.

We cultivate a mindset of active citizenship from an early age, ensuring children learn to care about their surroundings. We empower active individuals—children, teachers, school principals, and grassroots community leaders.

We fund and support young scientists and quality elementary education through innovative initiatives (e.g., EDUzměna, Dobro-druzi).

We fund the conservation of the extensive Hrabětice meadows, promote biodiversity, and help restore and maintain selected cultural heritage sites in the region (such as the basilica in Hejnice, the church in Bzí, and the Maxov chapel).

In 2025, thanks to funding and project execution by JABLOTRON, the Movela orthopedic clinic opened in Liberec, significantly improving the quality and accessibility of specialized care in the region. Additionally, JABLOTRON is a long-standing partner and donor to the Jablonec hospital.

In 2014, JABLOTRON addressed a critical regional need by building the U Přehrady senior care home, which provides dignified care in a beautiful environment for more than 120 residents. In 2023, JABLOTRON renovated an adjacent building to house the Svobodná primary school, creating a unique space that naturally fosters intergenerational connection between seniors and children.

We provide swift humanitarian aid and refugee support during international and localized crises.
