Any heating system can be regulated, from hot water or electric underfloor heating, through classic radiators to electric heaters. Zone regulation allows for the lowest operating costs, where an individual temperature is maintained in each room at pre-set times.

Well-executed construction preparation will ensure smooth implementation. Preparation needs to begin no later than during the installation of cabling during the shell construction.

The entire solution must always include an alarm control panel, which ensures communication between the thermostats and individual system components, as well as remote communication with the user via a mobile application.
If heating control is your priority now, you will still need to install a system control panel. You can add an alarm or other functions to the system later. However, keep in mind that some unique energy-saving functions of thermostats (temperature reduction when a window is locked or open) depend on the alarm and its use.
A wireless thermostat is ideal when installing the solution in an already finished interior. Simply screw it to the wall or place it on a shelf and insert 2 AA alkaline batteries. These will last 2 to 3 years in the thermostat and are very easy to replace.
On the other hand, if you are building, renovating, or can run cabling to the installation site, a wired thermostat is the clear choice. It is completely maintenance-free, has a faster response time for settings and controls, and can be partially recessed into the installation box. This allows it to blend in better with the interior.
The thermostat is part of a professional security system and is installed as a permanent part of the building, just like electrical wiring or water distribution. Connecting it to the heating system also requires specialist knowledge.
