- JABLOTRON 100+ control unit (JA-103K, or JA-107K for larger buildings) with extended zone capacity for the garden and ancillary buildings.
- Indoor and outdoor motion detectors (pet-immune), magnetic contacts on all entrances, including the garage and outbuildings.
- Property protection: detectors and cameras with video verification around the house and driveway.
- Technical detectors: flooding (boiler room, bathrooms), smoke and heat, gas leaks, Peveko valve.
- Whole-house automation on the same platform: zoned heating (thermostats and radiator heads in each room, underfloor heating), blind/roller shutter control, smart plugs and lighting, garage door and gate control, consumption monitoring.
- MyJABLOTRON for remote management – also ideal for holiday homes and cottages (temperature checks, shutting off the water, switching on the heating remotely before arrival).
- Temporary access codes for guests, tradespeople or rentals (Airbnb), RFID key fobs for the family.
- Panic button and the option of connecting to an Alarm Receiving Centre.
