The Audiovisual Call service conveniently complements the control of the camera system with a voice response by the Emergency Operator using a loudspeaker. It is an extension of the Videoverification and Videoprotection services.

The operator detects the movement of unauthorised persons during an alarm or as part of a regular camera check.
- Immediate operator call
The operator asks the intruder to leave the building using the loudspeaker and sends the intervention unit.
- Damage minimisation
Thanks to a quick audio challenge, the intruder leaves the facility. If necessary, the Police are informed.
