Based on the valuable and long-term experience of the largest alarm receiving centre in the Czech Republic – Jablotron Security – and your feedback, we have developed the MyARC web application. Its aim is to offer a clear, simple, and user-friendly environment that enables effective management and control of guarded properties from one place.
What can the MyARC do for you
The MyARC application offers an intuitive interface that provides access to all key information and functions needed for the daily operation of the alarm receiving centre (ARC). It allows operators to respond to events faster, make more accurate decisions, and ensure a high level of security and reliability.
The MyARC module is also another step towards creating a connected ecosystem in which JABLOTRON hardware and services work in perfect harmony.

Key features of the MyARC app
- Object Control
Remotely control object sections (e.g., arm/disarm) with secure verification using access and card codes.
- Camera management – video verification
Approve and manage cameras for monitoring secured areas. Quickly verify alarms using live or historical video footage.
Create custom views (up to 9 cameras per view) and generate shareable URLs for ARC software integration.
- Custom communication ID settings
Change automatically assigned object numbers to custom IDs for better management and clarity.
- Object Control

- Pausing event transmission
Temporarily stop forwarding events from an object to the ARC, ideal before adding it to ARC software — transmission pauses automatically until reviewed and saved.
