The SD-728 is a new stand-alone smoke detector used to detect fire hazards in interior residential or non-industrial commercial buildings.
It is powered by a 9 V alkaline battery (1 year battery lifetime) and has a built-in warning siren (85dB/3m) and red LED.
It uses an optical smoke detector, working on the principle of scattered light. Its dimensions are: diameter 103 mm, height 40 mm.
It meets the requirements of BS EN 14 604, EN 50130-4, and EN 55022
